## About the role This is a co-founder role - not a contractor position. You will own everything technical alongside our current developer. Architecture, infrastructure, roadmap. The decisions are yours. ## What We Need - Python at production level — real systems, not scripts - Backend systems design and API integrations - SQL, databases, Redis, containerisation - Cybersecurity fundamentals - LLM integration in production - Workflow automation — n8n or similar - Complex infrastructure experience - Fintech or financial data background a strong bonus ## What This Is Not - This is not a salaried role - This is not a junior position - This is not for someone who needs a fully formed product ## Who this is for This is for someone who wants to build their own startup and can handle the hustle and bustle as-well as the risk that comes with a startup. ## Compensation Equity only.
