We're rethinking back-office operations with clean, intuitive interfaces built for clarity, control, and automation. ## The Role We're looking for a full stack software engineer. This role is ideal for someone who loves working on modern interfaces, cares about details, and wants to move fast in a high-impact environment. ## Why Join CoverPin - Lead the build-out of a Compliance AI platform from early traction to production scale - Meaningful early-team equity with long-term ownership upside - Work on AI-driven automation, structured regulatory data, and real-world workflows (not demos) - Shape technical architecture, product quality, and engineering culture from the ground up - Partner directly with founders, designers, and customers on high-impact decisions ## You'll Be a Strong Fit If You… - Have 5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience building and shipping production systems - Are fluent in deep experience in React / Next.js and FastAPI or similar backend frameworks - Have strong opinions about system design, API contracts, data modeling, and frontend architecture, and know when to be pragmatic - Care deeply about UX quality and product polish, and enjoy working closely with designers to deliver thoughtful interfaces - Have led or owned end-to-end features spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure - Are comfortable operating in ambiguity, making trade-offs, and taking accountability for outcomes - Value clean, maintainable code but prioritize shipping high-impact work at startup speed - Are excited by AI-enabled workflows, automation, and agent-based systems, and understand how to integrate them responsibly into production software
