That's why we are looking for a Software Engineer with expertise in artificial intelligence to innovate and improve the efficiency of the results we deliver to our clients. ## Responsibilities - Process Auditing: Identify pockets of inefficiency in project management and construction supervision that can be automated through AI. - Solution Implementation: Configure and implement AI and automation tools (no-code/low-code) for site reporting, cost analysis, and document management. - Internal Training: Upskill our teams in the use of AI tools and technologies. - Monitoring: Assess the ROI of implemented solutions and ensure data security and ethical standards in data handling. ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. - Knowledge of Python (basic to intermediate) or automation tools (Make/Zapier). - Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini and others). - Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business and construction context. - Analytical and results-oriented mindset. ## What we offer - Autonomy: Direct reporting to senior management, with the freedom to test and implement new technologies. - Compensation Package: Competitive and aligned with demonstrated experience, plus a digital performance bonus. - Flexibility: Hybrid work model with a strong focus on results. ## About the company DDN – Gestão de Projetos SA, is a Portuguese company with 31 years of experience in construction project management.
