Full-Stack AI Engineer

## About the Role We are looking for full-stack engineers with strong fundamentals who want to build AI-powered applications. You will build both backend AI services and frontend AI interfaces. ## Key Responsibilities - Build end-to-end AI features (backend APIs + frontend UI) - Integrate LLMs into Node.js/React applications - Implement streaming responses - Design feedback loops for model improvement - Create AI-native user experiences with proper loading states, error handling, and trust signals - Collaborate with product managers on AI feature definition ## Must-Have Requirements ### Experience - 5+ years full-stack development - 3+ years backend (Node.js OR Python) - 3+ years frontend (React, Next.js preferred) - 1+ year integrating LLM APIs ### Engineering Fundamentals - Strong problem-solving skills – ability to decompose features and implement clean, maintainable solutions - Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures – can analyze complexity and choose appropriate structures for given problems - Experience designing RESTful APIs with consideration for performance, security, and scalability - Understanding of database design principles – indexing, query optimization, data modelling. ### Backend Skills - Node.js with Express/NestJS - OR - Python with FastAPI/Flask ### Frontend Skills - React with Next.js - TypeScript - Responsive design - State management (Zustand, Redux, or Context) ### AI Experience - LLM API integration - Prompt engineering for production - Basic vector database understanding ### Cloud - AWS, GCP, Azure, or Vercel deployment experience
