## About the role This is not a shadow internship. You will work directly with the CEO to build AI workflows, SOPs, and internal tooling that powers our product and growth functions. ## Responsibilities - Research AI tools and map them to internal use cases - Build and document SOPs for AI-assisted workflows - Explore and test Claude prompting systems for product and ops tasks - Identify productisable patterns from client systems - Prepare pitch decks, case studies, and product updates - Design boilerplate SaaS tool specs and prompt libraries - Support cold outreach, newsletter, and community-building efforts - Build and maintain non-dependency internal tools ## Requirements - You use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools daily - You can write clear, structured documentation without being told how - You've built something on your own — a tool, workflow, or system - You think in systems, not just tasks - You're comfortable moving without hand-holding ## Nice to have - Exposure to SaaS or early-stage startups - Familiarity with Notion, Linear, or similar PM tools - Basic understanding of APIs or no-code automation (Zapier, Make) - Any experience with prompt engineering or LLM workflows ## What we offer - Compensation: ₹5,000–8,000/month + up to ₹12,000 performance bonus ## About the company Spacenos is an AI-native product studio building internal systems and SaaS products at speed.
