Check out the Launch Video ## About the role We're hiring Founding Engineers to help build our core platform and AI Agents that operate reliably on massive, complex enterprise codebases. The work spans agent infrastructure, systems engineering, and product. The common thread is solving hard problems that don't have off-the-shelf solutions. Enterprise systems like SAP weren't built for modern developer tooling, which means we're often building foundational infrastructure from scratch: the indexing, versioning, authentication execution, and integration layers that agents need to understand, create and transform code at scale. ## What you'll Work On - Core platform infrastructure: Build the systems that let agents reliably navigate, understand, and operate on large, interconnected codebases within SAP - Agent reliability: Design evaluation frameworks and feedback loops that systematically improve agent performance on code understanding and transformation - Deployment & infrastructure: Build the infrastructure for enterprise deployment—cloud and on-prem environments, security and compliance, and the operational systems to run reliably at Fortune 500 scale - Product engineering: Ship features end-to-end: backend services, Agent Tools, integrations with other SaaS applications and the client applications customers use daily - Nova: We use Nova to build Nova. You'll be a power user of your own tools and obsessed with improving our iteration speed by improving our own platform for yourself. - Note: you'll be a great fit if you're obsessed with improving your own Claude Code / Cursor / Cline setup to achieve maximum productivity 🙂 ## Required Qualifications - Strong proficiency in Python - Experience using AI coding tools (i.e. Cursor, Claude Code) and Large Language Models (LLMs) ## Preferred Qualifications - 3+ YoE in software engineering, especially backend or infrastructure - Experience working with LLMs and AI Agents in production - Experience working at a successful early-stage startup - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP - Infrastructure & DevOps experience (i.e. Kubernetes) ## Benefits & Perks - Small, mission-driven team shipping production AI every sprint. - Competitive salary,
