## About the Role As our AI Marketing Intern, you aren't just a "support" person; you are the architect of our digital vibe. We're looking for a creative enthusiast who lives on TikTok, Reels, and LinkedIn, and who is obsessed with using AI to 10x their creative output. Your mission? To make Finch potentially go viral by blending human creativity with the power of AI marketing tools. During your 3< month internship you will be working closely with one of the founders, brainstorming together how to turn our social media presence into an organically growing success. Then we want you to apply 😎 ## Responsibilities - AI-Powered Content Engine: Use tools like Midjourney, Jasper, or ChatGPT to script and design high-performing posts for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. - Video Production: Take the lead on editing short-form video content. You'll turn raw ideas into polished, "stop-the-scroll" videos for TikTok and YouTube Shorts. - Trend Jacking: Identify trending audio and memes, then use AI to quickly adapt them to the fintech world. - Multi-Platform Growth: Shape our voice across different audiences—edgy and fun for Gen Z on TikTok and insightful and professional for Gen Y on other platforms like IG & LinkedIn. - Prompt Engineering for Marketing: Experiment with the latest AI video and image generators to create brand assets that look like they cost $10k to produce. ## What You'll Gain - AI Mastery: A playground to test the newest AI marketing tools (Runway, HeyGen, CapCut AI, etc.) on a real-world brand. - Fintech Edge: Real-world experience building a brand in one of the most exciting sectors in Switzerland. - Creative Freedom: The autonomy to try "edgy" approaches. Your work will be the face of the company. ## Requirements - The "AI-First" Mindset: You're already curious about (or using) AI tools to make content faster and better. - Basic Video Skills: You know your way around CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve.
