Frontend Engineer

## About the role We're building X-Streamify, a personal media vault that gives families full ownership and control of their movies, photos, and digital content. We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up and take part in a fast-moving startup environment. This role offers the opportunity to design and build the user-facing experience of our platform and directly impact usability, performance, and customer satisfaction. This is an early-stage startup where team members take ownership, move quickly, and help shape the product from the beginning. ## Responsibilities - Design and build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces - Develop and maintain frontend components and application screens - Collaborate closely with backend, QA, and product teams - Ensure the platform is fast, stable, and easy to use - Fix UI bugs and improve performance and usability - Help shape the look, feel, and workflow of the platform - Test and validate features before release ## What we're looking for - Strong frontend development experience - Experience with modern frontend technologies such as: - HTML - CSS - JavaScript - React or similar frameworks - Understanding of: - User interface design - Responsive layouts - Performance optimization - Browser compatibility - Ability to work independently in a startup environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Startup mindset — ownership, speed, and accountability ## Nice to have - Experience working with APIs - Experience with UI/UX design principles - Experience working in startup environments - Experience with media, file uploads, or storage systems - Experience collaborating with backend and QA teams ## What we offer This is an early-stage startup role offering equity-only compensation at this time.
