Responsibilities
Provide effective project scheduling services in accordance with the Luminant Outage Playbook; Ensure outage and project information and metric performance are documented; Manage and maintain electronic file storage for outages; Establish and maintain positive relationships with plant personnel and suppliers; Ensure effective project resource utilization through project activity identification; Develop schedule layouts including critical path analysis; Verify that updates are an accurate representation of work accomplished; Work closely with engineering and contractors to identify potential changes in scope; Plan project activities through project scope identification; Provide project cost status to all appropriate parties; Prepare complete and accurate reports of managed projects; Provide oversight to supplemental contractor cost/schedule controls resources; Review Vendor and Subcontractor updates to the schedule; Coordinate the assignments of work for planning and scheduling; Maintain Luminant Outage Management Process playbook; Assist and/or develop outage and project cost estimates; Assist and/or develop outage and project schedules; Review assigned project construction and maintenance estimates.
