Develop and implement collections strategies to reduce debtor days, monitor and manage the national debtor's book, perform gain and loss calculations, prepare and manage commission and rebate schedules, reconcile consolidated customer statements from multiple ERP systems, produce weekly and monthly financial performance reports, liaise with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve account issues, manage escalated accounts and negotiate payment arrangements, ensure compliance with credit policies and internal controls, identify opportunities to improve collections processes
