## About the Role Alchemyst AI is moving at terminal velocity. We are rebuilding the future of AI infrastructure, and the CEO's office needs a technical right hand. This isn't a "schedule my meetings" role. This is a "build the future with me" role. You will be the primary executor for high-risk, high-reward projects that don't have a playbook yet. ## Location Remote ## Type Internship (College Students or Recent Grads) ## Duration 6–12 Months (High potential for PPO) ## Responsibilities - Engineer Autonomy: Design and deploy advanced AI workflows and agents using n8n, LangChain, and various LLM frameworks to automate internal and external operations. - Rapid Prototyping: Take "crazy" ideas from the CEO and turn them into functional MVPs or automated systems within days, not weeks. - Cross-Functional Ops: Bridge the gap between engineering, sales, and marketing by building AI-driven tools that make the entire team 10x more efficient. - Strategic Communication: Draft high-stakes internal memos, investor updates, and external partnership proposals. You must be able to speak both "Code" and "Business." - Special Projects: Own the execution of experimental projects that are too early for the core engineering team but too technical for the ops team. ## Requirements - The Technical Hustler: You are currently in college or a final-year engineering student. You don't wait for instructions; you find a way or make one. - The AI Builder: You have a portfolio (or a very impressive Github/n8n workspace) showing you can build real-world AI automations and agents. - Hyper-Communicator: You can explain complex technical infrastructure to a non-technical stakeholder without losing the "why." - Risk-Tolerant: You thrive in ambiguity and aren't afraid of projects that might fail. You move fast and break things—then fix them even faster. ## What We Offer - Direct Mentorship: Work daily with the Co-founders/CEO of one of India's fastest-growing AI companies. - Front-Row Seat: See exactly how a VC-backed AI startup scales from the inside. - The Stack: Get your hands dirty with cutting-edge AI infrastructure and tooling. - Skin in the Game: Opportunity to transition into a full-time core AI consultant role. ## How to Apply - Don't just send a generic resume. Send us: - A link to an AI automation or agent you've built (n8n workflows are a huge plus). - A 2-sentence pitch on why you are the best person to handle "risky" projects.
