## About the Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Creative Designer to own the visual identity of the Triumph brand. This is a foundational role on our marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Growth. You will be the driving force behind creating a consistent, modern, and compelling brand image across all our marketing channels. While you'll start as a solo designer on the marketing team, you'll work closely with our Lead Designer, Travis, to ensure brand cohesion across the entire company.
## Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Triumph brand guidelines. You will refine, modernize, and ensure consistency across all visual assets, from our website to our social media presence.
- Design a high volume of "crazy good" static display ads for various platforms, including Meta, Google, and programmatic networks. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning ads that drive user acquisition.
- Lead the design for a new line of merchandise and physical products. You'll have the creative freedom to experiment with different product types and bring the Triumph brand to life in the physical world.
- Create a wide range of marketing materials as needed by the team. This could include social media graphics, email templates, and more.
## Requirements
- **A Killer Portfolio**: Your experience level is less important than your portfolio. We want to see a body of work that demonstrates exceptional talent, a strong sense of brand identity, and a modern aesthetic. We're particularly interested in seeing brand remakes, high-quality Photoshop art, and merchandise lines.
- **Tool Proficiency**: You are highly skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma. Experience with After Effects is a plus, but not required.
- **A Collaborative Spirit**: You'll be working with a passionate team and will receive briefs from the Head of Growth. You should be able to take direction and collaborate effectively to bring ideas to life.
- **A Modern Eye**: You have a keen sense of what makes a brand feel current and exciting. You're ready to take our existing brand assets and elevate them to the next level.
## What We Offer
- High growth. Build a high-scale consumer platform that touches gaming, finance, and social with the autonomy to set our web direction.
- High agency. Small, high-impact engineering team that is growing rapidly with significant opportunity for leadership and growth.
- High energy. Passionate team who are proud of our work and velocity (16x year over year growth).
- Competitive salary and benefits. $400/mo lunch credit, healthcare, vision, dental, 401k, etc.
## About the Company
Our team gathers 5 days a week at Triumph's headquarters in San Francisco.
## How to Apply
