Automated workflow across multiple channels i.e sms, email whatsapp etc. ## Role Overview We are looking for a motivated QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our voice AI platform. You will be responsible for end-to-end functional testing of the timepay.ai application, identifying bugs, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all modules. ## Key Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive functional testing of the timepay.ai platform including web dashboards, APIs, and voice bot interfaces - Create and execute detailed test cases and test plans for new features and existing functionality - Conduct regression testing to ensure new releases don't break existing features - Test API endpoints for voice services, campaign management, and integrations - Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools - Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes - Test across multiple browsers, devices, and environments - Validate voice bot flows, TTS outputs, and conversation logic - Document test results and prepare quality reports - [Bonus] Write and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman ## Requirements ### Must Have - Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA in Computer Science or related field - Basic understanding of software testing concepts (test cases, bug lifecycle, regression testing) - Familiarity with web applications and how they work - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to clearly document and communicate issues - Eagerness to learn and take ownership ### Good to Have - Experience with any test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman) - Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript - Familiarity with API testing concepts - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git) - Interest in AI/ML and voice technologies ## What You'll Learn - End-to-end testing of an enterprise-grade AI platform - Working with voice AI, TTS, and conversational bot technologies - API testing and automation frameworks - Real-world experience in a fast-paced startup environment - Exposure to the fintech and enterprise software domain ## Perks - Hands-on experience with cutting-edge voice AI technology - Mentorship from experienced engineers - Flexible working hours
