## About the job
We are an AI startup operating at the intersection of sports and edtech. Our products include a B2B dashboard for organizations and a consumer-facing mobile application. We're looking for a Founding Software Engineer to lead our AI strategy, technical roadmap, and product execution. BTW - we have mostly transitioned out of stealth mode. ## What You'll Do
- Define and own the AI/ML vision and technical strategy across both dashboard and mobile application.
- Architect and scale AI infrastructure, data pipelines, and model deployment systems.
- Build and optimize LLM-driven features, recommendation systems, and real-time analytics tools.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver AI features that are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class AI/ML engineering team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI, natural language processing, computer vision, and edtech innovations.
## What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years focused on AI/ML.
