## About the role We're looking for an experienced founding product to help Loupe deliver on its first pilot programs and finish shipping a MVP. You'll work closely with the CEO and the CTO on all product decisions before gradually moving towards owning the product journey and becoming the source of truth for customers feedbacks. We expect exceptional drive, high autonomy, and a strong industry expertise. You'll join a team of experienced founders who have previously built and scaled international companies from scratch. ## Why Loupe Loupe is a modern research platform for high finance. Read more about our manifesto here. ## Job information - Location: On-site (Paris) - Employment type: Full-Time - Compensation: Competitive - Department: Product - Language: English (French is a plus) - Starting date: ASAP ## What we're looking for - Studied product, design, engineering, business at a top-tier university or dropped out to build something cool. - Worked in startups or fast-paced competitive environments (e.g., tech, finance, consulting). - Advanced proficiency in modern software tools (e.g., Microsoft/Google suite, Notion, Linear, Slack, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Figma, Lovable, Replit, v0). - Proven track record of building MVPs for enterprise customers as a product manager or designer, ideally with complex financial and technical software products. - Exceptional drive, adaptable under pressure, and resilient problem-solver. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable multitasking, learning on the fly, and dealing with chaos. - Organised and detail-oriented. - Autonomous, proactive, and accountable. - Professional, discreet, and trustworthy. ## What you'll do - Finish and refine our MVP alongside the CEO and the CTO. - Own the full product cycle: from discovery and prioritisation of features, to supporting customers and tracking usage metrics. - Work closely with customers (hedge funds, banks, asset managers) to run discovery, pilots, and feedback loops. - Travel occasionally to major financial hubs (e.g., New York, London, Paris) to nurture in-person meetings and events. - Constantly challenge processes testing new things (e.g., AI tools) to improve efficiency. - Collaborate closely with sales, tech, and marketing & communication to align company efforts. ## What's particularly exciting about this role This is a great opportunity for both young and seasoned professionals aspiring to experience what it's like to build and sell something from scratch.
