Full Stack AI Engineer

## About the role Property operations is a billion-pound industry still running on manual processes. Vinny is the AI teammate transforming how teams run leasing, customer care, maintenance, renewals, and data analytics across their buildings - already automating 90%+ of the work. We're backed by Antler and tier-one VCs across Europe and work with operators who manage 200k+ properties. The company is remote-first with full autonomy, quarterly offsites, and a deeply product-focused culture. We're scaling quickly and we're on track to increase managed units by 14x. If you're excited by the idea of building AI-powered products that genuinely improve people's lives, this is for you. ## Responsibilities - Build and ship full-stack features across the product, from frontend interfaces to backend services. - Integrate AI capabilities into real user workflows; making agents smarter, faster, and more reliable. - Own features end-to-end; scoping, building, shipping, and iterating based on user feedback. - Work closely with product to define what gets built and how it should work. - Help scale the platform as the company grows rapidly in 2026. ## Requirements You are: - A senior full-stack engineer who's comfortable across the entire stack. - Genuinely curious about AI and excited to apply it creatively to real problems. - Product-minded, you care about users and understand that great engineering serves great UX. - Self-directed and thrive with autonomy, you don't need to be told what to do. - A clear communicator who enjoys working in a small, fast-moving team. - Comfortable with our tech stack; React, Node.js, Vercel, Inngest, Postgres, AWS, Twilio/WhatsApp You must have: - Strong JavaScript/TypeScript across frontend AND backend (3+ years production). - AI/agent experience beyond simple API wrappers - you have built features with tool calling, orchestration, or multi-step workflows. - You are comfortable with autonomy and don't need detailed specs to be productive. - Based in Europe (UK/EU) with right to work. ## Nice to have - 5+ years JS/TS at product-focused startups. - Built autonomous agents with orchestration, memory, evaluation loops in production. - Early-stage startup experience (seed to Series A). - Evidence of product thinking - you have shaped what got built, not just how. ## What we offer - Competitive compensation with equity. - Regular offsites. - A fast-moving team that experiments, learns, and wins together. - Real responsibility from day one. ## About the company You'll Love This Place If You Want To - Own your work and be trusted to make decisions. - Work in a fast-moving team that values clarity, speed, and accountability.
