## About the Role At Greenspace, our mission is to empower mental health systems, providers and individuals in care with the MBC technology and data they need to continuously enhance care quality. We're looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Product Developer to help build and evolve our Clinical Solutions product, driving measurable value for healthcare partners organizations across North America. ## About the Team Our Population Health solution is the digital front door to wellness support. We engage people in ongoing self‑assessment and guidance, connect them to appropriate resources and levels of care, and equip organizations with insights to improve population wellness support quality and financial performance (e.g., total cost of care). ## The Role You'll be a key contributor on an agile, cross-functional team—shipping high-quality product in a continuous delivery environment. Your work will have a direct impact on members and their families by expanding access to meaningful mental health support. As an AI-First Product Developer, you'll do two things exceptionally well: - Build great web-based product experiences—from core SaaS workflows to generative/agentic capabilities—that are engaging and effective. - Use AI effectively in your development practice to increase speed and quality—without compromising correctness, security, or maintainability. ## What you'll do - Ship new features and improvements for our web platform in a CI/CD environment, spanning traditional SaaS and AI-powered experiences (generative and agentic). - Build end-to-end product slices: UI, backend services, APIs, data models, and integrations—including LLM-backed services where appropriate. - Partner with Product and Design to shape the roadmap, break down work, and deliver iteratively. - Collaborate daily with a cross-functional team, taking ownership of the delivery lifecycle and co-creating user-centric solutions. - Strengthen engineering quality through code reviews, pairing/mobbing when helpful, and pragmatic technical design discussions. - Design and operate AI features responsibly: evaluation/acceptance criteria, monitoring/observability, cost/latency tradeoffs, and fallbacks/guardrails. ## What you'll bring (Key skills) - Full-stack product delivery (2+ years): Experience building web applications end-to-end (frontend, backend, APIs, databases). - Modern web fundamentals: Strong HTML/CSS/JS skills, a modern framework (React/Vue/Angular), and solid UI/UX + accessibility instincts. - Backend and data: Confidence designing APIs, modeling data, and working with relational databases (e.g., Postgres). - GenAI product experience: Hands-on experience building user-facing GenAI experiences (e.g., AI-assisted workflows, summarization, conversational interfaces, or agentic flows) and the systems behind them (prompting, tool use, retrieval where needed, and evaluation). - AI-assisted development: Demonstrated ability to use GenAI tools to increase delivery speed and quality—while understanding where AI output is unreliable and how to validate it (tests, reviews, reproducible checks, and clear engineering judgment). - Code quality & shipping: Strong habits around clean, maintainable code; automated testing; and continuous integration. - Scalability & performance: Experience building reliable, performant systems in a cloud environment (AWS/GCP/Azure). - Clear communication: Able to collaborate effectively across product/engineering/design and document decisions succinctly. ## Nice to have - Digital health experience: Experience building consumer-facing health or wellness applications. - Privacy/security exposure: Familiarity with healthcare/security standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2) and handling sensitive information. - Mentorship: Interest in leveling up teammates through pairing, constructive reviews, and sharing reusable patterns. ## About Greenspace Founded at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto, Greenspace was created to bridge the gap between the proven benefits of measurement-based care in research and its implementation in practice.
