## About the Role Architect the "Autonomous Engine": You will lead the development of our agentic infrastructure, moving from the current "Beta" to scalable platform. Integration Layer: Build and maintain deep, bi-directional integrations with "modern growth stack" (Atlassian, Stripe, HubSpot, Linear, Jira, Google Suite etc). LLM Orchestration: Implement and optimize AI-native features. Full-Stack Execution: As a founding engineer, you'll ship code across the entire stack (currently Rails) and manage our Heroku-based production environment. ## About you Rails Expert: You are a seasoned Ruby on Rails developer who knows how to scale it when things get heavy. API and Integration Specialist: You have extensive experience working with internal and external APIs, ensuring data flows reliably between various systems. AI and LLM layer: You understand how leverage the entire value chain of large language models and ai product development to produce high-signal, actionable output for our users. Founder Mindset: You prefer a lean, high-velocity environment and are comfortable making high-stakes strategic architectural decisions together with the founder. ## This role is for You want to build, not just manage: You'll be the primary individual contributor in the early days with large responsibilities for our codebase. You believe in an agentic platform future: You see the future of SaaS as a system that does the work for the user, rather than just providing a place for the user to work.
