Founding Product Lead

## About the Role We are building a new category of intelligent consumer products powered by Near Infrared sensing technology, enabling the physical world to become readable through data and AI. This is not a feature-optimization PM role. This is a 0→1 category-defining role. You will operate as a founder-level decision maker. • The first product thesis • The hardware-software integration strategy • The long-term platform roadmap • The product culture of the company ## Responsibilities • Define product vision and 3-year roadmap • Lead discovery across hardware + AI • Translate sensing capabilities into consumer value • Partner directly with engineering leadership • Run rapid validation cycles (prototypes → testing → iteration) • Help hire the future product team • Contribute to company strategy and fundraising narrative ## Requirements • Has built something from 0→1 (hardware, AI, deep tech preferred) • Thinks in systems, not features • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast pivots • Makes principled tradeoffs under uncertainty • Wants meaningful equity, not just a salary ## What We Offer ### Compensation • $150K–$200K base • Meaningful early-stage equity (founder-tier allocation) • Standard 4-year vesting, 1-year cliff • Performance-based refresh grants ### Benefits • Medical insurance • Flexible work environment (hybrid Los Angeles-based team)
