In this role, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our application using a modern, fully type-safe stack. You'll work across the frontend and backend, seamlessly integrating AI tools to create magical experiences for our users. If you love writing clean TypeScript, are intrigued (or already experienced) by the power of Convex, and know your way around an OpenAI API prompt, you'll fit right in. ## What You'll Do - Build & Ship: Develop robust, scalable features using React, Vite, and TypeScript on the frontend. - Backend Magic: Design and implement backend logic, mutations, and database schemas using Convex. - AI Integration: Leverage OpenAI APIs (or similar LLM tools) to power smart, context-aware features within our application. - Collaborate: Work closely with the team to brainstorm, solve problems, and deliver high-quality software. - Maintain Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while actively participating in code reviews. ## The Tech Stack You Bring - Languages: Strong proficiency in TypeScript (you love strong typing across the whole stack). - Frontend: Solid experience building responsive UIs with React and Vite. - Backend: Experience with (or a strong desire to learn and master) Convex as a backend-as-a-service. - AI: Familiarity working with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar AI tooling.
