Software Engineer in Warsaw

## About the role We're building AI agents that operate self-storage facilities — handling inbound leads, leasing units, collections, and day-to-day operations. Parcel AI is a Techstars-backed startup working directly with real-estate operators in the US and EU. Our agents already close rentals after hours and generate real revenue. We're looking for a senior engineer (5+ years experience) who can help us ship fast and own core product pieces. ## What you'll do - Build and scale AI agents (voice, SMS, email) - Work on backend systems and integrations (telephony, CRMs, property management software) - Ship production features end-to-end - Help design architecture as we scale pilots into real deployments - Work closely with founders and customers ## Requirements - 5+ years professional software engineering experience - Strong backend skills (Python / Node preferred) - Experience with APIs, databases, production systems - Comfortable in early-stage startup environment - Product mindset — you care about real outcomes, not just code ## Nice to have - Experience with LLMs / AI agents - Voice or messaging systems (Twilio, etc.) - Startup / zero-to-one experience ## What we offer - Early equity in fast-growing startup - Direct impact on product and customers - Competitive salary + upside
