Ai Specialist

## About the role We are looking for an AI Solutions Specialist to design, implement, and optimize AI solutions that solve real business problems and improve internal processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases, select the right tools, and take AI projects from idea to production. ## Key responsibilities - Identify and prioritize AI use cases in collaboration with product, data, and business stakeholders. - Design AI workflows and recommend tools (LLMs, RAG, agents, ML models, etc.) for different business scenarios. - Build, fine-tune, and integrate AI/ML models using company data, ensuring quality and robustness. - Deploy AI solutions into production environments and integrate them with existing systems and APIs. - Monitor model performance, run experiments, and continuously optimize accuracy, latency, and costs. - Create clear technical documentation for models, pipelines, and workflows. - Communicate results and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, business-focused way. - Stay up to date on the latest AI tools, frameworks, and best practices and propose improvements. ## Required qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 3+ years of experience working with AI/ML (LLMs, machine learning, or data products). - Strong programming skills in Python and experience with common AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn). - Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions in production environments. - Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern MLOps tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, comfortable working with distributed, remote teams. ## Nice-to-have - Experience with generative AI (chatbots, copilots, prompt engineering, RAG, agents). - Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems. - Certifications in AI/ML or cloud (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) ## About the company Location: Remote – India Employment type: Full-time
