AI DevSecOps Engineer

## About the Role We're hiring an AI DevSecOps Engineer who will own cloud infrastructure, security, compliance, and reliability across our AWS serverless stack and Google Cloud. You'll act as our CISO and will be the go-to engineer for infra + security, ensuring our platform is secure, observable, cost-efficient, and enterprise audit-ready. Hands-on builder mindset required. Develop and use AI Agents for Security and Efficiency. ## What You'll Do - Cloud & Serverless Infra - Manage global AWS serverless infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, IoT Core). Ensure scalability, availability, and tenant isolation. - Observability & Monitoring - Own CloudWatch logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting. - Build proactive monitoring and auto-remediation workflows. - Infrastructure as Code - Architect and manage IaC using AWS CDK (Node.js). - Standardize reusable infra modules and deployment pipelines. - DevSecOps & SOC2 - Lead SOC2 compliance and evidence automation. - Partner with auditors and maintain continuous compliance. - Cost Optimization - Drive AWS cost governance, tagging, rightsizing, and savings strategies. - Disaster Recovery - Design DR/BCP plans and run recovery drills. - Define and validate RTO/RPO targets. - Security Operations - Manage IAM, secrets, encryption, vuln scans, and pen tests. - Lead incident response and remediation. ## What We're Looking For - 3–10+ years in DevOps / Cloud / Security roles. - Deep AWS serverless experience. - Strong hands-on CDK (Node.js) expertise. - Should have atleast one SOC2 Type2 or compliance audit ownership Experience (Trustcloud, Vanta, Sprinto etc) - Observability and incident management experience. ## Bonus - IoT or AI platform exposure. - AWS certifications.
