Fractional CTO (PropTech / ClimateTech / Sustainability) | Remote (UK / Europe friendly) | Substantial equity | Transition to paid role

## About the Role We're looking for a Fractional CTO to take technical ownership of Ivynest. You will: - Take over technical stewardship of an existing, working SaaS platform - Deeply familiarise yourself with the architecture, codebase, and product logic - Guide and mentor a team of two full-time junior developers - Define and drive the technical roadmap in line with product and commercial priorities - Lead implementation of new features across backend, frontend, and data workflows - Improve robustness, scalability, testing, and security as we grow usage - Work closely with the founder on product strategy, technical decisions, and hiring This is a hands-on leadership role. You won't be expected to code everything yourself, but you should be comfortable jumping into the codebase when needed and setting high technical standards. ## Current Tech Stack - Backend: Python (Flask) - Frontend: React (TypeScript) - Database: PostgreSQL - Infrastructure: Cloud-based (AWS components incl.
