Spun out of the Lugano Plan ₿ initiative, we run Staking and RPC services across 45+ proof-of-stake networks and serve funds, custodians, exchanges, foundations, and family offices with infrastructure built to institutional security and compliance standards. ## About the Role - Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available blockchain infrastructure across cloud or on-prem environments. - Performance Monitoring: Implement robust monitoring systems to ensure blockchain nodes, APIs, and other services are running efficiently. - Incident Response: Proactively identify and resolve system issues to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity. - Automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and system updates. - Blockchain Operations: Manage and monitor blockchain nodes, consensus mechanisms, and data integrity across distributed networks. - Security: Collaborate with the security team to ensure systems are secure against external threats and vulnerabilities. - Collaboration: Work with developers, DevOps, and product teams to optimize infrastructure for new features and updates. ## What We're Looking For ### Experience - 1+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role. - Proven experience with PoS blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or others). ### Technical Skills - Well versed with Linux, security, and blockchain technologies, with a good understanding of Bash scripting. - Proficiency with cloud platforms (OVH Cloud, Digital Ocean, AWS, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Good Scripting / programming skills in languages like Python, Go and Rust. - Deep understanding of networking, distributed systems, and system design principles. - Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible. ### Problem-Solving - A proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure issues. ### Team Player - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote, or hybrid environment. ## Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience with smart contract platforms and DeFi protocols. - Familiarity with blockchain scaling solutions (e.g., Layer 2, sharding). - Previous experience with high-traffic, globally distributed systems. - Certifications in network security or systems management. - Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). - Contributions to open-source projects in the blockchain space. ## What We Offer - Opportunity to work in the exciting blockchain industry. - Flexible, remote-first work environment. - Collaborative and inclusive team culture. - Opportunities for growth and learning.
