## About the Role We are looking for the next generation of builders for our Forward Deploy Engineer (FDE) role. This is not a traditional software engineering job where you spend weeks writing boilerplate code by hand. This is an "AI-Augmented" role. Your job is to take the architectural blueprints (UI Mockups and Specs) created by the FDA and "vibe code" them into existence using our proprietary Flow Framework and modern AI coding tools. You are the pilot; the AI is the engine. Because the business requirements have already been distilled into clear functions, your focus is on implementation speed, verification, and system integrity. You are the final human check ensuring the AI has produced a bug-free, hallucination-free service. The Work As a Forward Deploy Engineer, you will execute the build phase of the software lifecycle, moving from "Mockup" to "Production" in weeks, not months. - AI-Native Implementation: Utilize AI-assisted coding environments (internal tools) to rapidly generate service logic and frontend components based on provided designs. - Hallucination Hunting: Act as the technical safety net. You must review AI-generated code to catch logic flaws, security vulnerabilities, and subtle hallucinations that strictly functional tests might miss. - System Integration: Connect the application to client data sources (SQL, APIs, Legacy ERPs) and ensure the plumbing works seamlessly. - Rapid Iteration: Execute a full build cycle in days. You will take ownership of the code quality and deployment. - Feedback Loop: Identify recurring patterns where the AI struggles and report these to the Core Research team to improve our underlying models. ## Here's what you need - Educational Background: Currently a 3rd/4th year Computer Science student or a recent CS graduate. - Advanced Prompt Engineer: You treat English as a programming language. You know how to structure complex prompts, manage/optimize context windows, and utilize chain-of-thought reasoning to guide the AI toward architectural compliance rather than guessing. - AI-Native Workflow: You are already using AI tools to code. You know how to prompt an LLM to write a React component or a Python script, and you know how to fix it when it breaks. - Full Stack Fundamenta
