Software Engineer (Frontend) — 0.01% Equity (Performance-Based)

## About the role RoleColorFinder™ is a fast-growing leadership development and personality-mapping platform helping organizations, schools, and teams understand how people naturally lead. We're building modern tools that combine psychology, software, and AI to help companies grow adaptable, values-driven leaders. ### The Role We're looking for Frontend Software Engineers to build the RoleColorFinder user experience: the admin dashboard, client portal, assessment interfaces, and analytics views. You'll work closely with product and backend teams to bring real features to life. This is an unpaid, part-time, equity-only role at this stage. ## Responsibilities - Build and maintain the admin dashboard - Develop client-facing assessment and profile interfaces - Create reusable components and design patterns - Implement UI flows, dashboards, charts, and interactions - Integrate backend APIs and real data ## Requirements - Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript - Solid understanding of UI development and component architecture - Bonus: Tailwind, Shadcn, Supabase, state management (Redux/Zustand/etc.) - Strong eye for clean, intuitive UI design ## Commitment - Flexible hours - Remote and async-friendly - Opportunity to shape the entire visual side of the product ## Compensation - 0.01% equity vesting over 6 months - Performance-based upside up to 0.02–0.05% ## Note Hours are flexible and this role is part-time in practice.
