The platform is built on a modular, configuration-driven architecture that enables rapid customization, enterprise-grade integrations, and global scalability. ## About the Role We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with experience designing Web, Mobile Apps, and SaaS platforms. This role is critical in shaping the user experience of the ConX AI platform, including admin consoles, dashboards, configuration tools, and end-user interfaces. You will work closely with founders, product, engineering, and AI teams to design intuitive, scalable, and enterprise-grade user experiences. ## Key Responsibilities ### User Experience & Interaction Design - Design end-to-end user journeys for web and mobile applications - Translate complex workflows (AI configuration, agent setup, analytics) into intuitive UX - Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes - Design experiences for multiple user personas (admins, operators, managers, end users) ### UI Design & Design Systems - Create clean, modern, and consistent UI designs aligned with brand guidelines - Build and maintain a scalable design system for web and app - Ensure design consistency across SaaS modules and platforms - Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile ### SaaS & Platform Design - Design enterprise-grade dashboards, configuration screens, and analytics views - Work on multi-tenant SaaS UX considerations - Design configuration-driven interfaces that adapt based on user roles and permissions - Ensure usability, accessibility, and performance best practices ### Collaboration & Handoff - Collaborate closely with Full Stack and AI/ML engineers for design feasibility - Provide detailed design specifications, assets, and interaction guidelines - Review implemented designs and ensure pixel-perfect execution - Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and product insights ## Required Skills & Experience ### Must-Have - 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer - Strong experience designing Web, Mobile Apps, and SaaS products - Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar - Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design - Experience working with developers in product-based environments - Ability to design for complex systems and workflows - Experience designing enterprise or B2B SaaS platforms - Familiarity with AI-driven or data-heavy interfaces - Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design - Experience creating design systems and component libraries ### Mindset & Traits - Strong user-centric and problem-solving mindset - Attention to detail and design consistency - Comfort working in early-stage startup environments - Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality - Openness to feedback and iterative design ## Compensation & Growth - Compensation will be competitive and aligned with the candidate's current CTC, experience, and role impact - Performance-linked growth and role expansion - Opportunity to grow into Lead Product Designer or Design Head roles ## Why Join QubeLabs AI - Design user experiences for cutting-edge Agentic AI platforms - High ownership over product look and feel - Direct collaboration with founders and engineering teams - Opportunity to shape an enterprise-grade global SaaS product ## Reporting To Founders – QubeLabs AI
