Python Full Stack Developer

## About the Role KrtrimaIQ Cognitive Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior/Principal(Python) Full Stack Engineer to lead complex engineering initiatives, influence architecture, and drive innovation across scalable, cloud-native platforms. This role demands strong technical ownership, architectural thinking, and the ability to balance engineering excellence with real business outcomes. You will work on mission-critical systems, collaborate closely with product and leadership teams, and mentor engineers while continuously improving system reliability, scalability, and delivery velocity. ## Key Responsibilities - Architect, design, and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems across KrtrimaIQ platforms - Own full-lifecycle delivery of major initiatives—from requirements to production and post-launch support - Define and evolve engineering standards, design patterns, testing strategies, and architectural guidelines - Build clean, modular core services with well-defined API contracts - Ensure high-quality releases through robust testing and validation practices - Collaborate with Product, Engineering Leadership, and domain experts to translate business needs into technical solutions - Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching - Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, system reliability, and operational excellence ## Technical Skills & Expertise - Lead engineering decisions balancing technical excellence, scalability, reliability, observability, and business needs - Proactively propose scope and priority changes, introducing creative and pragmatic alternatives - Design and evolve system architectures with clear trade-offs and technical debt management plans - Strong ability to debug complex production issues and resolve incidents in ambiguous environments - Demonstrate leadership beyond code through design reviews, documentation, runbooks, and operational guides - 9+ years of full-lifecycle full-stack software development experience - Expert-level proficiency in Python, with strong hands-on experience across the full stack - Proven experience building and operating distributed, microservices-based, event-driven systems - Exposure to AI/ML and agentic systems (no requirement to be an ML specialist) - Deep expertise in RESTful APIs, async processing, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) - Strong experience with SQL & NoSQL database design and optimization - Hands-on mastery of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred) - Advocate for automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) and observability best practices - Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to engineers and stakeholders
