As we prepare to scale, we are assembling a founding engineering team made up of builders who want to shape the future of global finance and grow with us from the ground up. ## Role Description - This is a founding, equity-based role (paid upon raising funding). - This is a part-time remote (20 Hours a week) role for a full-stack engineer. - The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. - Key tasks include writing clean and efficient code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance. - The role also involves integrating APIs, ensuring responsiveness and high performance of applications, and implementing design practices that enhance user experience. ## Qualifications - Strong background in .NET, Azure, Postgre/RDBMS, and API integrations - Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience in Back-End Web Development, involving server-side frameworks and integrations - Expertise in Full-Stack Development, with a strong understanding of how front-end and back-end components interact - Proven proficiency in Software Development and system design principles - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork - Ability to work independently and remotely in a distributed team environment
