Product Lead

## About the Role We're looking for a Product Lead who can own and drive complex product areas with a strong technical lens. This role is for someone who can shape product direction, make system-level trade-offs, and lead execution across engineering-intensive problem spaces. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to build scalable, reliable, and user-centric products in a fast-paced startup environment. ## Responsibilities - Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for system-heavy product areas - Drive prioritization and technical trade-offs across multiple initiatives - Act as the primary product point of contact for engineering and leadership - Translate business and user problems into clear PRDs, user stories, and success metrics - Juggle multiple product initiatives simultaneously with a strong bias toward execution and impact - Drive data-driven decision-making using product analytics, user insights, and experimentation - Coordinate cross-functionally to align stakeholders and unblock execution - Manage releases end-to-end: scope, timelines, documentation, and internal communication ## Requirements - 4+ years of experience in Product Management with strong technical ownership, ideally in B2B, SaaS, fintech, crypto or another regulatory tech environment. - At least 2 years experience in software engineering or a deeply technical role before or alongside product - Experience with developing web3 products, familiarity with diverse web3 landscape. - Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, data flows, and basic system design - Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders; comfortable leading discussions and trade-offs - Experience owning 0→1 product experience - Willingness to work 6 days/week from the Gurugram office ## Nice to Have - Experience building or scaling SaaS, platform, infra, fintech, or security products - Exposure to Canton network ## What We Offer - High ownership and visible impact on core product decisions - Opportunity to shape products from early-stage to scale - Fast learning curve with direct access to leadership and engineering - Health insurance, meals, and in-office benefits ## About the Company OpenVector
