## About the Role We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who can operate across levels of abstraction, from shaping long-term product direction to driving detailed execution with engineering. This role requires strong technical judgment, clarity of thought, and the ability to decide when to prototype fast and when to build for scale. We're looking for a product leader who has grown through hands-on technical work and can naturally bridge product thinking with engineering execution. ## What You'll Do - Own technical product areas end-to-end, including problem definition, system design alignment, execution, and iteration - Partner closely with engineering to define technical requirements, architecture trade-offs, and delivery plans - Break down complex technical problems and drive prioritization decisions using business value, technical feasibility, and user impact - Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and execution with a strong bias toward delivery quality - Build and maintain technical PRDs that clearly articulate system behavior, edge cases, and dependencies - Work with engineering to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance standards - Own releases end-to-end: scope definition, rollout planning, documentation, and post-release analysis ## Requirements - 2+ years of experience in Product Management with strong technical ownership - At least 1+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering - Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams on system-heavy products - Strong understanding of APIs, backend systems, data flows, and basic system design - Experience defining, scoping, and prioritizing technical product requirements - Exposure to Web3 products - Willingness to work 6 days/week from the Gurugram office ## Good to Have - Tier-1 college background - Experience building SaaS, infrastructure, security, fintech, or platform products - Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel, GA, or Amplitude ## Why Join OpenVector - Ownership of core technical product surfaces, not side features - Direct influence on architecture, scalability, and system quality - Opportunity to build products used by global users - High trust, high ownership environment with real impact - Health insurance, meals, and in-office benefits
