## About the Role
We're looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) with sound technical background, who is eager to build products hands-on and grow rapidly in a startup environment.
You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams to turn user problems into well-executed product solutions.
## What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end product execution-from discovery to launch and iteration
- Work closely with engineering teams on API integrations, system workflows, and technical feasibility
- Assist in writing and maintaining technical specifications, user stories, PRDs, and product documentation
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, development reviews, and QA cycles
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to identify friction points in technical workflows
- Track product and feature performance using analytics dashboards and defined KPIs
- Support release processes including documentation, release notes, and internal demos
## Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Product, Engineering, or technical startup roles
- Strong technical inclination, with exposure to software development or system-heavy products
- Good understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle, including requirement definition and delivery
- Familiarity with APIs, backend concepts, system flows, and basic technical architecture
- Working knowledge of SQL or data querying is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and clarify technical requirements
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work 6 days/week from the Gurugram office
## Good to Have
- Experience building or supporting Web or SaaS (Web2) products
- Understanding of APIs, system flows, or technical concepts
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, or analytics platforms
- Exposure to Web3, fintech, security, or infra products
