## About the role
You'll own the development of complex, multi-system features that integrate external APIs, real-time data, and AI-powered intelligence — while matching pixel-perfect designs and maintaining clean, production-quality code.
## What you'll build
- Production-ready features from detailed PRDs
- Multi-channel integrations with external APIs (OAuth, webhooks, SDKs)
- AI-powered classification, analysis, and automation pipelines
- Real-time data sync with Supabase Realtime & PostgreSQL
- Polished React frontends built from Figma designs
## Requirements
### Technical Stack (Required)
- Next.js + React — Deep experience with App Router, Server Components, API routes
- Supabase — RLS policies, migrations, Realtime subscriptions, edge functions
- TypeScript — Strict mode, Zod schemas, type-safe APIs
- Tailwind CSS — Production-grade UI from Figma, responsive layouts, dark mode
- External API Integration — OAuth flows, webhooks, third-party SDKs
### AI-Augmented Development (Required)
- We use AI tools extensively and expect you to be fluent:
- Cursor / Claude Code — Daily driver, not occasional use
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) — Experience building or composing custom MCP servers, chaining MCPs together, or using MCPs to meaningfully improve developer productivity (not just file or Supabase MCP)
- AI coding workflows — Structured prompting, context management, rules
- Strong judgment on when not to rely on AI
### AI Product Building (Required)
- Experience building AI-powered features (classification, embeddings, LLM chains)
- Hands-on with Vercel AI SDK, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar
- Clear understanding of AI tradeoffs and limitations
### Systems Thinking & Product Engineering (Strongly Preferred)
- Experience designing background jobs / queues (BullMQ, Temporal, Redis, etc.)
- Production-grade error handling & observability (Sentry, logging, tracing, alerting)
- Instrumentation and product analytics used to inform feature decisions
- Ability to reason about failure modes, retries, idempotency, and data consistency
### Work Style (Required)
- Linear — Our source of truth; comfortable with strict workflows
- Agile / Sprint-based — Can break PRDs into shippable increments
## About the company
We built a GTM software product from 0 to $2M ARR in 2025. Now we're launching something far more ambitious: Conigma — an advanced general intelligence platform that unifies business workflows with AI.
We're a small, high-velocity team that ships fast and iterates constantly. Our stack is modern and opinionated:
- Next.js
- React
- Supabase
- TypeScript
- pgvector
- Temporal
- Cursor
- MCP
- Linear
This is not a low-intensity gig. We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, gets obsessed with shipping, and takes ownership of entire features end-to-end.
