Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on mechanical services and equipment; determine root causes of equipment issues and implement solutions; support machine and equipment effectiveness improvements; identify and source equipment spare parts; assist preventative maintenance by specialist vendors; attend FAT and commissioning of new plant and equipment; assist in equipment qualifications; support setup of preventative routines; support risk assessments; resolve technical issues to minimize downtime; support continuous improvement programs (MEP, OEE, OPEX, RCA); provide KPI tracking information; support regulatory and compliance audits; ensure maintenance activities meet health and safety standards.
