Supervise the HRU Community Initiatives Team of four staff; Manage planning and execution of harm reduction research activities; Study and evaluate evidence-based community health initiatives; Lead coordination of digital dashboards for data reporting; Prepare and maintain records reflecting unit goals; Respond to internal and external data requests; Provide technical assistance for syringe service programs; Oversee evaluation of methods and procedures for harm reduction services; Coordinate with external agencies (Parks, DHS, OASAS); Support program managers in elevating community issues; Manage collaboration on workflow identification for data capture; Collaborate on contract monitoring and investigations; Support development of unit policies and strategic planning; Represent HRU in workgroups; Facilitate HRU meetings; Participate in equity advancement activities
