Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, retrofits, and repairs at client facilities; Diagnose and resolve complex product and system incidents; Act as a technical reference for field technicians; Coordinate daily team activities; Ensure correct application of technical procedures, quality standards, and EHS requirements; Collaborate with the Leader on planning, workload, and priorities; Track critical technical incidents and escalate as needed; Participate in FMI implementation and follow-up; Verify completion of technical reports and service documentation; Identify continuous improvement opportunities; Support training and development of less experienced team members; Maintain fluid communication with clients during field work; Support the Leader in coordinating resources, tools, PPE, and materials
