Responsibilities
Lead the owner's Utilities team and provide technical oversight of Engineering contractor's design activities; Establish engineering standards and execution strategies for Utility systems; Review and approve engineering deliverables including P&IDs, Cause and Effect matrices, and equipment datasheets; Lead technical strategy for Black and Clean utilities including steam, chilled water, and Purified Water; Support design reviews, HAZOPs, and operational readiness assessments; Lead instrumentation commissioning strategy and execution; Define automation architecture and digital strategy for the project; Oversee development of control narratives and cause-and-effect diagrams; Drive transformation across all phases of projects to reduce project line up by 20%; Ensure utility system designs meet GMP, reliability, and operational requirements.
