Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Compliance, Quality, Product Management, Procurement, and Product Development to resolve Compliance issues and Customer requests; Perform research to understand, learn, and know requirements for product compliance for fire suppression products; Work with regulatory agencies such as: UL, FM, etc. for product approvals/compliance and associated listings; Create technical documents and instruction literature as needed; Review and approve product design changes for adherence to Compliance standards; Schedule and support audits and site visits by regulatory agencies; Provide certification documentation to Amerex Sales team and customers as requested
