Develop and maintain internal reports and dashboards related to risk management and accountability; Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to design and plan risk management frameworks; Manage processes to ensure EMS evaluations are performed and sent to CBOs; Track, resolve, and close out Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and Strategic Action Plans (SAPs); Support the development and implementation of processes to mitigate risk; Develop and facilitate training and policy to strengthen oversight of contracted providers
