Execute process development on existing or new late stage clinical products including scale up; Provide on-the-floor technical support for process/equipment optimization and troubleshooting; Plan and lead technical transfers for future product introductions; Identify and develop continuous improvement projects; Optimize process chemistry, cleaning, product quality, yields and throughput; Support process front runs and use tests; Develop process control recipes; Support commissioning and validation activities; Develop and update batch and cleaning documentation; Prepare feasibility studies and operating budgets
