Assist technicians, operators, and supervisors in routine production activities; Carry out basic mechanical/electrical/fabrication tasks; Support achievement of daily and shift-wise production targets; Perform basic quality checks of work done as per standard procedures; Inspect materials, components, and finished work for visible defects; Report production delays, quality issues, or material shortages to supervisors; Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely; Perform loading, unloading, cleaning, and housekeeping activities; Support breakdown, maintenance, and installation activities; Follow safety rules, site discipline, and PPE requirements; Complete assigned tasks within stipulated time
