## About the role
Selected Mentor's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conduct in-person sessions at the assigned premise.
- Deliver sessions in an interactive way for Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Take care of the doubts of Students.
- Explain complex concepts in an understandable way.
- Use real-world examples for student comprehension.
- Assist in conducting weekly tests on the platforms like Hackerrank/CodeChef, etc.
- Work on helping students develop and maintain DSA concepts.
## Skills
- The Mentor should have a good understanding of the concepts such as Core Java or Cpp, Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Competitive coding and Dynamic Programming knowledge would be a plus.
