Senior Backend Engineer Java

## About the role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with strong experience in Java and Spring Boot to architect and build scalable backend systems. This role involves designing high-performance architectures, mentoring team members, and leading technical decisions for scalable and cloud-native applications. ## Responsibilities - Architect, design, and develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot. - Lead asynchronous programming, multithreading, and concurrency solutions for high-performance applications. - Design and optimize database schemas using MySQL and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB preferred). - Integrate and manage caching systems (Redis) and messaging queues (Kafka). - Define API contracts and ensure robust RESTful API design and implementation. - Guide cloud deployments and infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.). - Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and maintainable architecture. - Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding standards and best practices. - Participate in system design reviews and promote best practices in scalable and distributed systems. ## Requirements - 4+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development. - Strong experience in asynchronous programming, threading, and concurrency. - Expertise with MySQL and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB preferred). - Solid knowledge of Redis, Kafka, and messaging systems. - Deep understanding of cloud platforms (preferably AWS). - Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and scalable system design. - Proven experience in architecting large-scale, high-availability systems. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience with cloud-native design patterns. - Exposure to performance tuning and system optimization. ## About the company Learn more about ARIVIHAN Arivihan App Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=arivihan.technologies.doubtbuzzter2 Website - https://arivihan.com/ YouTube - http://www.youtube.com/@mpboardarivihan Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/mpboard.arivihan/ LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/company/arivihan/posts/?feedView=all
