Manage and coordinate all on-site activities for commercial fit-out projects up to $4M; Supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure programme milestones are achieved; Drive site safety and ensure full WHS compliance; Maintain high-quality finishes in fast-paced fit-out programmes; Manage site documentation, RFIs, and defect resolution via Procore; Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager; Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
