Software Engineer Fullstack

## About the role SeaBuddy is creating happier, healthier voyages by delivering research-backed tools for crew well-being and culture at sea. As our Lead Software Engineer, you'll own the architecture and development of multi-tenant mobile and web applications that power this mission. You'll guide technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure our platform scales to fleets worldwide. ## Responsibilities - Architect and build multi-tenant SaaS apps using React Native (Expo), Node.js, and SQL databases. - Design backend APIs and schemas optimized for performance and resilience. - Collaborate with product and psychology experts to translate crew well-being needs into technical features. - Mentor junior engineers, conduct reviews, and enforce best practices. - Implement offline-first capabilities for low-connectivity maritime environments. - Integrate with Cloudflare stack for secure, edge-optimized delivery. ## Requirements - ~3 years of fullstack development experience. - Strong expertise in React Native (Expo), Next.js, Node.js, SQL. - Experience building SaaS or multi-tenant applications. - Bonus: exposure to offline-first architectures or Cloudflare services. - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. ## What we offer - Location: Hybrid (Gurgaon, India) - Salary: ₹1.25-1.4 lakh/month
