Full Stack Engineer

## About the role We're looking for a strong frontend-leaning full stack engineer who can build polished, high-performance user experiences while also being comfortable working across backend systems and APIs. This is not a pure frontend implementation role. You should care deeply about interaction quality, responsiveness, and product thinking — but also understand how systems are designed end-to-end. You'll work closely with product, design, and AI/backend teams to ship intelligent product experiences that scale. The ideal candidate has experience building consumer-facing products, strong frontend architecture instincts, and enough backend depth to independently own features across the stack. ## Key Responsibilities ### Frontend Architecture & Product Experience - Build scalable and maintainable frontend systems using React and modern web technologies. - Create high-quality interfaces with strong attention to interaction design, motion, responsiveness, and usability. - Develop reusable component systems and patterns that enable rapid product iteration. - Collaborate closely with design to elevate overall product polish and consistency. ### AI-Native User Experiences - Design and implement interfaces for conversational and AI-assisted workflows. - Translate complex AI behaviors into intuitive, trustworthy, and understandable user experiences. - Build streaming, real-time, and stateful interactions across AI surfaces. ### Full Stack Feature Ownership - Own features end-to-end across frontend and backend layers. - Integrate APIs, manage application state, and contribute to backend architecture where needed. - Work with databases, authentication systems, caching layers, and infrastructure primitives. - Collaborate with AI/backend engineers to connect models and orchestration systems into product experiences. ### Performance & Engineering Quality - Optimize application performance across rendering, loading, caching, and network behavior. - Maintain high engineering standards through thoughtful architecture, code reviews, and testing practices. - Improve developer experience, tooling, and frontend reliability. ## Qualifications - Experience building a consumer app is a must.
