No matter what stage of career you're in, if you've built impressive projects, shipped real products, or just learn scary fast, we want to talk to you. ## Responsibilities - Build a cutting-edge agent platform that makes it easy for anyone to build with AI - Architect scalable infrastructure to serve millions of personalized experiences across thousands of customer websites in real-time - Develop a platform for intelligent insights and self-improving systems that help users understand engagement and automatically improve experiences ## Requirements - 2+ years of software engineering experience - Experience building user-facing web applications - Empathy for non-technical users and commitment to great UX ## Nice to have - Experience building AI applications with LLMs - Experience with AI-native development workflows (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) - Familiarity with JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Next.js, and databases - Backend expertise with a focus on developing data-intensive applications at scale ## Values we look for - High agency → You make things happen - Love of the game → You build because you want to - Agile and nimble → You adapt fast - Truth-seeking → You chase clarity, not ego - Confident but humble → You're strong, but coachable - Sense of humor → You take the work seriously, but not yourself
