## About the role Own the product experience end-to-end Translate customer conversations and competitive research into clear, prioritized requirements. Advocate for the customer voice in every roadmap and sprint decision. Lead compelling product demos directly with customers — no hand-offs Write Playwright tests for every feature you ship. You define the scenario, you write the test. Engineering doesn't own your acceptance criteria — you do. Tests are the contract between what was promised and what was built Write and maintain product documentation. Internal guides, release notes, onboarding flows — you own the words. Documentation is not a post-launch task; it ships with the feature Use AI products for competitive research. Before building anything, you are expected to benchmark it against what's live in the market using AI-native research tools (Claude, Loveable). "I didn't know competitors had this" is not acceptable Design in Lovable. You prototype in Lovable before engineering writes a line of code Design is not a request you file — it's a skill you use ## What We're Looking For - Background in UX/design, customer success, or technical product management - Comfortable in SaaS products and agentic/AI tooling - Writes clearly in English — docs, tickets, demo scripts, test cases - Has used Lovable or equivalent to produce real prototypes - Understands what a Playwright test does and is willing to learn to write them if not already -- proficient - Treats AI tools as a core part of the job, not a novelty - Language: Advanced written and spoken English required.
