## About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (4+ years) who is strong in Node.js on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks (React / Vue / Angular) on the frontend. You will work on scalable web applications, building end-to-end features, optimizing performance, and collaborating closely with product and design teams. If you enjoy working across the stack, owning features from idea to production, and solving complex problems with clean code, this role is for you. ## Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and Express.js. - Build responsive, high-quality frontend interfaces using React, Vue, or Angular. - Work with MongoDB and SQL databases to design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance. - Develop and maintain RESTful / GraphQL APIs and integrate with internal and third-party services. - Work with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) to deploy and manage applications in the cloud. - Implement and manage event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar message brokers. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-impact features. - Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices (code reviews, unit tests, documentation). - Troubleshoot production issues and participate in improving application reliability and performance. ## Must-Have Skills - 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack / Backend Developer. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript (optional but preferred). - Solid hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js. - Experience with at least one modern frontend framework: - React or - Vue.js or - Angular - Good understanding of MERN / MEAN stack or similar full-stack ecosystem. - Hands-on experience with MongoDB and at least one SQL database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.). - Experience working with AWS cloud services. - Knowledge of Kafka (or any message queue system like RabbitMQ, SQS) for event-driven systems. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth), and security best practices. - Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD workflows. - Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a distributed team. ## Good to Have - Experience with microservices architecture. - Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes. - Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.). - Experience with performance optimization (backend & frontend). - Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments. ## Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - (We're also open to non-degree candidates with strong real-world experience.)
